Homemade Bread in Five Minutes a Day

If you are anything like me, you might like the idea of making homemade bread but don't want to invest the time. This artisan bread is yummy and quite simple to make. Follow the instructions carefully (i.e. only use unbleached flour, let rise appropriate amounts of time, store in refrigerator overnight before baking, etc.). The only way I deviate from their recipe is to decrease the amount of salt.
